Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors.
  • Lead parent training sessions to ensure the highest clinical standards.
  • Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented “pod” model to ensure clinical consistency and peer support.
  • Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental needs.
  • Comfortable using technology such as iPads, electronic data collection, and scheduling platforms.
  • Must pass a background check and provide TB test results and immunization records.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a clinical supervision role is advantageous but not required.
