Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical SupervisorAbout the Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as Clinical Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight for individualized behavior intervention programs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans based on data-driven assessments.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and client progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education sessions.
  • Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality clinical care.
  • Access to reliable transportation for on-site and/or telehealth sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience with RBTs or other clinical staff.
  • Familiarity with school-based ABA programs or telehealth service delivery.
  • Experience in research, data analysis, or academic collaboration.
