Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical SupervisorAbout the Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as Clinical Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and oversight for individualized behavior intervention programs.
Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans based on data-driven assessments.
Train, mentor, and evaluate behavior technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and client progress.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education sessions.
Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality clinical care.
Access to reliable transportation for on-site and/or telehealth sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior supervisory experience with RBTs or other clinical staff.
Familiarity with school-based ABA programs or telehealth service delivery.
Experience in research, data analysis, or academic collaboration.
