Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven, individualized treatment plans
- Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training and ensure high standards of clinical care
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote clinical consistency and excellence
- Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance initiatives, and curriculum development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental needs
- Proficiency with technology, including iPads, electronic data collection systems, and scheduling platforms
- Required: TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Familiarity with collaborative, team-based models in clinical settings

- Competitive base salary range of $80,000 – $95,000
- Flexible schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with one work-from-home day per week (upon eligibility)
