Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven, individualized treatment plans
• Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors
• Deliver parent training and ensure high standards of clinical care
• Maintain 30 billable hours per week
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote clinical consistency and excellence
• Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance initiatives, and curriculum development

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental needs
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads, electronic data collection systems, and scheduling platforms
• Required: TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Familiarity with collaborative, team-based models in clinical settings

• Competitive base salary range of $80,000 – $95,000
• Flexible schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with one work-from-home day per week (upon eligibility)
