Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Planning: Take the lead on conducting functional assessments and creating sophisticated, data-driven treatment plans for clients.
- Supervision and Mentorship: Provide direct and consistent supervision, guidance, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Program Supervisors.
- Family Engagement: Conduct impactful parent and caregiver training to ensure generalization and successful support for therapeutic goals in the home and community.
- Service Fidelity: Maintain a required commitment of 30 billable hours per week while upholding rigorous standards of clinical quality across all programs.
- Peer Support: Participate actively in a collaborative pod model to ensure clinical consistency, share knowledge, and support fellow team members.
- Program Enhancement: Contribute valuable insights to the development of training materials, quality assurance (QA) protocols, and curriculum improvements.
Requirements
- Education: Possession of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related academic discipline.
- Certification: Must hold a current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Clinical Experience: Proven experience providing effective behavioral intervention to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs.
- Technological Acumen: Comfortable and proficient in utilizing modern clinical technology, including electronic data collection systems, scheduling software, and tablets (e.g., iPad).
- Clearance: Successful completion of a comprehensive background check is mandatory, along with providing documentation for a current TB test and immunization records.
Preferred Qualifications
- The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly valued.
