Job Requirements
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
Certifications Requirements: Valid BCBA certification required
Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA, with demonstrated skills in behavior assessment and intervention planning
Other Requirements: Background check clearance; ability to work in a school setting; effective communication skills; flexibility to support a diverse caseload including grades 9-12 and EC programs; strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students across grades 9-12 and early childhood programs
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective ABA strategies tailored to each student’s needs
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly to ensure educational and behavioral goals are met
Provide training and ongoing support to classroom staff on behavioral techniques and data collection
Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with school district policies and state regulations
