We’re looking for a center-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join team in Reston. This is the perfect role for someone who wants a consistent, daytime schedule with flexibility outside of those hours.
What you'll do:
- Supervise and support RBTs during engaging, play-based center sessions
- Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and track progress
- Collaborate with a fun, experienced, and supportive clinical team
- Help create an environment that’s structured, positive, and full of learning
Schedule
- We’re looking for someone who can work:
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Perfect for a BCBA who wants daytime hours, work-life balance, and a stable, consistent schedule!
- Around 25 hours per week
- The rest of your schedule is flexible based on client needs and your availability
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
