Client Care Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily activities in the scheduling department, ensuring that all shifts have been filled and schedules are communicated to caregivers, clients and facilities.
- Oversee all members of the care coordination department
- Oversee field staff as it relates to customer service and client interaction.
- Motivate, inspire and implement teamwork at all times
- Maintain communication with field staff & clients.
- Solve problems quickly and effectively
- Support intake calls for potential clients and maintains service standards
- Must be comfortable with handling complex scheduling demands and managing multiple simultaneous client and field staff needs
- Assigning new clients to members of the care coordination team
- Manage and filter incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
- Prioritize, and re-prioritize to get the job done, maintain organizational skills at all times
- Documentation
- On-call support leader to after-hours and weekend team rotating between several staff members
- Work closely with members of the HR (Recruiter and Billing Specialist) and Clinical Department
Client Care Manager Requirements:
- At least two years in home care agency scheduling
- At least two years leadership experience
- On-call rotation nights and weekends as a leadership role
- Knowledge of home care agency policies and procedures
- Participating in Orientation for new field staff
- Customer services/telephone experience helpful
- Other duties as applied
- Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations
- Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills
- Valid driver’s license, valid state required proof of auto insurance.

- In home services/ Office
Weekly Schedule:
- Day shift (between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm)
- Monday to Friday
- On-call leadership support for on-call team
