We’re partnering with a school district in Will County, IL to hire a dedicated district wide BCBA for the 2025–2026 school year. This position will primarily support K-5 students at two elementary schools. You will join a team of BCBAs district-wide, led by the Assistant Director, also a BCBA, to provide support, guidance, and oversight to staff and students.
As a BCBA, you will work collaboratively with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other specialists to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, track student progress, and ensure positive outcomes for students with autism and other developmental delays.
Position Details:
Location: In-person, Will County, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:40 PM
Start Date: October 27, 2025
End Date: May 22, 2026
Responsibilities:
Provide BCBA supervision and support for K-5 students
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other support staff to ensure program fidelity
Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and instructional decisions
Coach staff on evidence-based strategies to support communication, social skills, and positive behavior
Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development initiatives
Qualifications:
Current and valid BCBA certification
Experience supporting students with autism or developmental delays in school-based settings
Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice
