We’re partnering with a school district in Will County, IL to hire a dedicated district wide BCBA for the 2025–2026 school year. This position will primarily support K-5 students at two elementary schools. You will join a team of BCBAs district-wide, led by the Assistant Director, also a BCBA, to provide support, guidance, and oversight to staff and students.

As a BCBA, you will work collaboratively with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other specialists to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, track student progress, and ensure positive outcomes for students with autism and other developmental delays.

Position Details:

Location: In-person, Will County, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:40 PM
Start Date: October 27, 2025
End Date: May 22, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Provide BCBA supervision and support for K-5 students

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other support staff to ensure program fidelity

• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and instructional decisions

• Coach staff on evidence-based strategies to support communication, social skills, and positive behavior

• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development initiatives

Qualifications:

• Current and valid BCBA certification

• Experience supporting students with autism or developmental delays in school-based settings

• Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based practice
