LCSW Program Director OASAS Addiction Outpatient in Far Rockaway 120k-150k Onsite

We are seeking an experienced and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to serve as Program Director for our client's OASAS-certified addiction services program in Far Rockaway. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program (70%), as well as providing clinical supervision and oversight (30%).

Responsibilities:

Operations (70%):

- Manage program budget, including financial planning and reporting

- Oversee program operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facilities management

- Ensure compliance with OASAS regulations and standards

- Develop and implement program policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure coordination of care

- Participate in agency-wide leadership and planning

Clinical (30%):

- Provide clinical supervision to licensed therapists and counselors

- Conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning as needed

- Ensure that clinical services are delivered in accordance with OASAS regulations and standards

- Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure coordination of care

Requirements:

- LCSW certification in New York State

- Minimum 5 years of experience in addiction services, including 2 years of supervisory experience

- OASAS-certified program experience preferred

- Strong operational and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
