Essential Functions:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Offer crisis intervention and support
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other healthcare professionals
- Provide the licensed master social worker (LMSW) with oversight and guidance in diagnosing and treating patients
- Review and evaluate the professional work of the licensed master social worker (LMSW)
- Provide at least two hours per month of in-person individual or group clinical supervision for the licensed master social worker (LMSW)
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in EMR
- Educate patients and families about mental health and coping strategies
- Advocate for patients' needs and rights
- Coordinate with community resources and services
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Administrative supervision of all assigned staff ensuring diagnoses and treatment plans are meet Rendr’s standards.
- Clinical supervision of all assigned LMSW staff of at least 2 hours per month in order to assure clinical protocols are met and are in compliance with governing bodies and other guidelines.
- NYS active LCSW is required.
- Bilingual Chinese Mandarin/Cantonese required.
- Able to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendation for treatment planning and implementation.
- Supervision experience is a plus, not required.
- Behavioral Counseling: 5+ years' experience preferred.
