Seeking an impactful Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) for a full-time, center-based position in the US Midwest. This role is centered around a passion for clinical excellence and team collaboration in ABA therapy. Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessment: Lead functional behavior assessments and the creation of individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
- Supervision: Provide high-quality mentorship, training, and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Family Engagement: Deliver effective parent training to ensure the successful generalization of client skills.
- Caseload Management: Consistently meet the organization's minimum requirement for billable clinical hours per week.
- Peer Collaboration: Actively engage in the peer model to support clinical consistency and shared learning among colleagues.
- Curriculum Input: Contribute to internal training, QA processes, and the refinement of the clinical curriculum.
Requirements
- Certification: Active and current BCBA certification is essential.
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Experience: Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and other developmental needs.
- Technology: Proficiency in using electronic platforms for data collection, documentation, and scheduling.
- Compliance: Successful completion of background checks and required health screenings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Language Skills: Spanish-speaking ability is a valuable addition to the team.
- Interest in involvement in academic and innovative research collaborations.
