Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral assessments to identify client needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect and analyze data to measure client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other team members on effective behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
- Proven experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of special education practices and behavioral health principles.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis related to patient assessment and care.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and intake processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $107,000.00 per year
