This role involves crisis assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic services in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, compassion, and the ability to engage clients through evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct crisis evaluations, risk assessments, and diagnostic screenings to guide individualized treatment planning.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to residents, utilizing approaches that promote stabilization and recovery.
  • Develop, implement, and document comprehensive treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with nursing, psychiatric, and case management staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions to support coordinated service delivery.
  • Facilitate skill-building and psychoeducational groups that enhance coping and relapse-prevention strategies.
  • Support client reintegration by coordinating aftercare and community linkages.
  • Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment through consistent communication and de-escalation skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of clinical experience working with adults in a mental health or crisis stabilization setting.
  • Strong assessment, engagement, and communication skills.
  • CASAC credential or experience addressing co-occurring substance use disorders required.
