Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Blue Sea is seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA/LBA to join our team and provide behavior analytic services to school-aged students. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative mindset to support students’ behavioral and academic success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify behavioral triggers and develop effective interventions.
• Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams to ensure consistency across settings.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and make data-informed adjustments to intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and/or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Prior supervisory or case management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
