Overview
Join a mission-driven mental health diversion program dedicated to ensuring individuals with mental health conditions receive appropriate treatment rather than incarceration. This program supports patients in navigating the legal mental health diversion system and connecting them to essential community resources for long-term stability.
Our multidisciplinary team—comprising therapists, case managers, prescribers, and nurses—meets patients wherever their care is taking place, helping them transition over time to standard outpatient settings. After orientation, physicians conduct field rounds and complete documentation remotely using web-based clinical tools.
