Membership Counselor – Athlete Performance & Training Industry

As a Membership Counselor, you’ll guide families through our training programs, build strong relationships, and close new memberships that change lives. You’ll work alongside a high-energy team that values integrity, accountability, and excellence every day.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to new inquiries and book consultations
• Confirm and manage appointments to maximize show rates
• Conduct in-person or virtual sales appointments
• Follow up with current clients for renewals, upsells, and referrals
• Maintain accurate records for leads, payments, and performance goals
• Contribute ideas to improve systems and client experience
