Psyve, developed under Ahira LLC, is the first and only platform designed to make Supervised Professional Experience (SPE) hours fully accessible, compliant, and secure for psychology trainees pursuing licensure in California and beyond.

We are seeking a California-licensed psychologist to join Psyve’s Beta Advisory & Supervision Team. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of professional psychology training by participating in the development and pilot testing of an innovative platform built to modernize how SPE hours are earned and verified.

During the beta phase, you will serve as a clinical advisor, providing expert feedback on supervision workflows, ethical standards, and Board compliance. When the platform officially launches, you will have the opportunity to transition into a Supervising Psychologist role under Ahira LLC, offering virtual supervision through Psyve’s secure system.

Responsibilities

  • Review supervision and compliance materials (Supervision Agreements, Verification of Experience forms, and documentation workflows) for alignment with California Board of Psychology regulations (CCR §1387).
  • Provide beta feedback on platform features, ethics systems, and SPE-tracking processes.
  • Participate in brief virtual meetings or testing sessions (typically 3–5 hours per week).
  • Collaborate with the Psyve founder and development team to ensure quality assurance and data security.
  • Optionally transition into an ongoing Supervising Psychologist position upon launch to support trainees under Ahira LLC.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted California Psychology License (PhD or PsyD).
  • Minimum 3 years post-licensure experience (preferred).
  • Experience supervising pre-doctoral or post-doctoral psychology trainees (preferred). OR begin your supervision career here.
  • Familiarity with California Board of Psychology supervision and SPE requirements.
  • Interest in telepsychology, clinical education, or innovation in mental health technology.
  • Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to reviewing proprietary materials.

Schedule & Compensation

  • 5 – 15 hours per week (flexible, remote).
  • Starting rate: $40 – $65 per hour (based on experience and involvement).
  • Future pay increases and leadership opportunities post-launch.
  • All supervision activities will adhere to California Board of Psychology regulations (maximum 44 hours per week including supervision).

Why Join Psyve

  • Be part of the first and only platform redefining how supervised professional experience is completed and verified.
  • Collaborate directly with Psyve’s founder and shape the ethical foundation of this groundbreaking system.
  • Gain recognition as a founding clinical advisor under Ahira LLC.
  • Participate in a pioneering effort to make licensure pathways more ethical, accessible, and equitable worldwide.

Confidentiality & NDA

All candidates considered for beta participation will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before viewing or discussing any proprietary materials.
Psyve is currently patent-pending under a provisional filing with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. All beta participants and contractors must maintain confidentiality throughout development and testing.

To Apply

Submit your CV/resume, license number, and a short paragraph describing why you’re interested in joining Psyve’s beta advisory team. Selected candidates will be contacted for a brief introductory call.
