Job Title: Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Intake Coordinator to join our team. The Intake Coordinator will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining connections with outpatient facilities and other DTX facilities. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster relationships to promote collaboration and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:

• Support Admissions Coordinator with phone screening potential clients
• Complete insurance verifications
• Assist in coordinating intake process for new clients
• Identify and establish connections with outpatient facilities and other DTX facilities to promote partnerships and collaborations.
• Work closely with the Program Director to ensure bed census is full
• Transport new clients as needed, and/or arrange for transportation if not within driving distance
• Oversee the preadmission process
• Support the admission process
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• College degree in behavioral health field (AA, AS, BA, BS) or SUDRC+/CADC certification
• Depp understanding of the needs of a residential detox program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
