What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in community and clinic settings

  • Support clients living with serious mental illness (e.g., schizophrenia, personality disorders)

  • Manage a flexible caseload (50% productivity expectation)

  • Conduct culturally relevant assessments and treatment planning

  • Deliver case management services and coordinate community referrals

  • Maintain timely documentation per Medi-Cal and county standards

  • Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and optional on-call rotation

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field

  • Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT, ASW, APCC)

  • At least 1 year of clinical experience working with adults

  • Understanding of DSM-5, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT)

  • Strong written and organizational skills

  • Valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance, and willingness to drive locally

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese) are a plus

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Hybrid Work Model: Set your own daily schedule; work in the community and remotely

  • Competitive Pay: $80K–$100K depending on experience

  • Sign-On Bonus

  • Generous Benefits: 95% employer-paid medical (4 plan options), vacation, sick time, 12 holidays + 1 floating holiday

  • 403(b) with 3% Match: Includes access to a financial advisor via Morgan Stanley

  • Loan Forgiveness Eligible: HRSA ($25K) and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

  • Additional Pay for Bilingual Staff: $1,200 annually

  • Free Headspace App for mindfulness and mental wellness
