Leadership training and development is also offered to support continued growth as leaders within the company. Last but not least, we cover recertification fees and provide a tiered CEU reimbursement program (up to $1,000 annually, based on tenure) to support your personalized professional growth.
  • Student Loan Support Program – Eligible full-time BCBAs can receive up to $5,250 per year in tax-free student loan repayment assistance for up to two years, helping reduce the financial burden of your master’s degree.

Also enjoy our Employee Recognition Program, Nectar, to assist in providing behavior specific praise to staff along with points they can cash in. Receive points yourself as staff do the same for you!

  • Health & Wellness – Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, plus optional life and short-term disability insurance to protect you and your loved ones.
  • Additional Perks & Discounts – Access extra voluntary benefits through Bennie and enjoy PerkSpot discounts on products and services.
  • Technology & Tools – We provide a laptop and the resources you need to do your best work.

Your Role as Clinical Director:

  • Lead & Support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure excellence in ABA services.
  • Foster a Collaborative Culture by implementing initiatives that promote staff retention, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • Oversee Clinical Quality by ensuring interventions are assent-based, compassionate, and individualized to each client.
