Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a full-time position with school districts near the Plano West, TX area. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and collaborative school-based environment.

Requirements to Apply:

• Must hold an active BCBA license in Texas

• Prior school-based experience preferred (clinical backgrounds will be considered)

• Willingness to work with students demonstrating severe behaviors, including instances of physical aggression

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills

Caseload/Details:

• Full-time role for the current school year

• Caseload includes 2 high school students with significant behavioral needs

• Requires dedication to individualized student support and collaboration with school staff and families

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Providing direct behavioral support and crisis intervention when needed

• Training and supporting school staff in behavior management strategies

• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed

• Maintaining detailed and compliant documentation
