Job Title: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; Licensed Professional Counselor
Job Overview:
I am seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or a Licensed Professional Counselor to join my team. The ideal candidate will be a fully licensed clinician with no restrictions. You will play a crucial role in assessing clients’ needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to support their well-being in a private practice office setting. Important Note: THE PAY IS PER BASED ON PER CLIENT; UNFORTUNATELY INDEED DOES NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO LIST PER CLIENT.
Responsibilities include replying to service inquiries, creating EHR portals and submitting documents for clients to complete, conducting diagnostic evaluations, providing individual, family, and relationship counseling sessions, maintaining accurate and confidential client records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. You can start and conduct group sessions based on your interests and expertise. You control your work schedule. You will have full access to the building and office to schedule clients according to your availability. The work environment is professional attire, with a relaxed atmosphere.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in counseling, with a minimum of two years of experience, currently licensed in the state of Texas as a Marriage and Family Therapist or Professional Counselor, and experience in clinical counseling. Experience working with families, couples, and adolescents. Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation (DSM-IV), and treatment planning and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates must hold an unrestricted license and pass a background check. Credentialing with an insurance panel is a must after being hired.
