We’re looking for one full time and one part time confident and caring Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to bring their expertise into the classroom. In this school-based role, you’ll be part of the daily fabric of students’ lives—supporting them through transitions, challenges, and milestones that truly matter. You'll be part of something that puts kids - and clinicians - first!

What You’ll Do:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Lead and support RBTs in implementing effective strategies throughout the school day
Partner closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, school staff, and families to foster consistency and measurable progress
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and supervision for RBTs
Deliver behavioral consultation that empowers educators and enhances classroom success
Keep documentation efficient, ethical, and compliant—without drowning in paperwork

What We’re Looking For:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active Illinois BCBA license or willingness to obtain
School-based or pediatric experience preferred—but we’ll train the right candidate
Strong clinical judgment and mentorship skills
Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
