About Job

Autism Care Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Orland Park, IL. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility of remote work while still providing hands-on, in-person support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and teams to promote meaningful outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data to guide clinical decisions and ensure treatment effectiveness.
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time in compliance with insurance and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for helping children and families affected by autism.
