Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) – Full-Time | Aurora, IL

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)

Autism Care Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our growing team at our Aurora, IL location. This is a full-time, Hybrid position working with children and families in a collaborative, supportive, and client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with autism and related developmental or behavioral needs.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) required.
• Experience working with children, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral health strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
