We have an exciting ABA Therapist Opportunity in a Highland Park, NJ Preschool!

Details:

  • Full time position with benefits - starting at 25 hours per week.
  • Hands on ABA experience as a 1:1 in a preschool
  • Work under the guidance of a BCBA, Case Managers, and Clinical Directors
  • Collaborate with staff and family, track data and programming

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Provide support to children with developmental disabilities, focusing on those with autism.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and educational staff to promote behavioral health and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques (1+ year)
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities and behaviors (1+ year)
  • Ability to collect data related to client progress (1+ year)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
