About Job

We are seeking a passionate and community-focused Services Coordinator to join our Services team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to supporting residents through wellness programming, resource linkages, and community engagement. The Services Coordinator will work closely with Property Managers and residents to foster a sense of community and promote housing stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement health and wellness programs across assigned developments
  • Conduct resident needs assessments and develop responsive programming
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local agencies and service providers
  • Support residents with financial literacy, job readiness, and housing stability
  • Prepare and submit required reports and serve as liaison during audits
  • Collaborate with Property Managers to address lease violations and resident concerns
  • Engage with Resident Councils and Neighborhood Watch groups
  • Track program budgets and collaborate with fiscal staff
  • Promote inclusive and culturally competent engagement strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with exposure to Social Services preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in program development, community engagement, or social services
  • Experience working with low-income and special needs populations preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid NJ Driver’s License and ability to travel across counties
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform moderate physical tasks and operate a motor vehicle safely
  • Use of standard office equipment
  • Ability to walk, stand, sit, stoop, bend, lift, and drive
