About Job

Join a collaborative and compassionate mental-health practice where you can focus on what matters most—your clients. Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is hiring full-time licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD) to join our South Florida team, providing high-quality care in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Enjoy the autonomy of private practice with the stability of a salaried role, up to 26 days of paid time off, and comprehensive employer-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance—one of the most robust benefits packages available in private practice.

While schedules are flexible, full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a hybrid schedule with in-office sessions (typically 3–8 PM at least two days per week) and additional telehealth availability.

About Seasons Psychotherapy

Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is a Florida-based group practice dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based mental-health care. With offices in Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, and Tampa, our clinicians serve a diverse community of clients across the state.

We provide the independence of private practice alongside the collaboration and stability of a connected team. Our mission is simple: We transform lives for the better.

The Role

We’re seeking a dedicated licensed clinician to join our team full-time. At Seasons, you don’t have to choose between stability and autonomy—you’ll have the freedom to focus on your clients, supported by a reliable salary, paid time off, and employer-paid benefits.

You’ll manage a full outpatient caseload, supported by an administrative team that handles referrals, credentialing, billing, and scheduling. You’ll also have opportunities to grow your career through supervision, leadership, and quality improvement initiatives.

This position follows our salaried compensation model with comprehensive benefits, while other clinician roles at Seasons follow a session-based structure.

  • Health, Dental, Vision, and Group-Term Life Insurance: Fully paid by Seasons for full-time clinicians.
  • Paid Time Off: 13 days per year during the first year, increasing to 26 days per year thereafter, plus all federal holidays as paid days off.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employer-matched and available to all employees.
  • Flexible Schedule: Hybrid in-office and telehealth model supporting work-life balance.
  • Professional Development: Opportunities in supervision, leadership, and specialized clinical pathways.

Professional Support

  • Dedicated administrative staff for billing, credentialing, and scheduling.
  • Consistent client referrals and a strong pipeline of new cases.
  • Peer consultation and case collaboration within an experienced team.
  • Fully equipped office space with therapy rooms and technology support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and children.
  • Diagnose and treat mental-health conditions with evidence-based methods.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers to coordinate care.
  • Support Seasons’ mission through participation in clinical and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work.
  • Active Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD) in good standing.
  • Experience delivering outpatient psychotherapy to diverse populations.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and professionalism.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality care.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in outpatient or private-practice settings.
  • Capacity to maintain a full caseload.
  • Experience or interest in supervision, leadership, or program development.
  • Eligibility to serve as a Qualified Supervisor in Florida.
  • Familiarity with AHCA, Medicaid, or Medicare regulations.

Why Join Seasons?

Join a respected, established Florida group practice that combines clinical excellence with a supportive, clinician-first culture.

  • Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values empathy, professionalism, and mutual support.
  • Balance Autonomy & Stability: Freedom of practice with the security of a salary and benefits.
  • Work-Life Balance: PTO, paid holidays, and fully covered insurance.
  • Long-Term Growth: 401(k) match, leadership pathways, and ongoing professional development.

If you’re looking for a place where you can grow as a clinician, feel supported by your team, and focus on what you do best—helping clients—we’d love to hear from you.
