Job Summary

A hospital client based in Lawnwood, Florida has an onsite contract opportunity for a Licensed Social Worker - Travel. Shift schedule is Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This is a 13 week contract with possibility of extension.

The Licensed Social Worker- Travel is an active part of the multidisciplinary team and is focused on discharge planning and coordinating post acute services for the patients. This position is for a PACE Center.

Job Qualification

Required- Master's in Social Work
Required - Florida Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Required- Minimum of 1+ years experience in a hospital or healthcare setting as a Social Worker.
Required - Minimum of 1 year experience working with the frail or elderly population.
