Join Gazelle ABA, a BCBA-D owned practice, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Des Plaines, IL and nearby suburbs.

Your Role:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with RBTs and families to deliver exceptional care.
• Provide training, supervision, and performance feedback.
• Monitor data and adjust programs based on outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification and Master’s degree.
• Passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate care.
