This position involves a blend of virtual and in-office work downtown Chicago; requirement for in-

office work is negotiable.

Skylark Behavioral Health is a new clinic, founded in 2024 by two mental health

providers who have worked in the Chicago area for many years. Skylark offers

both medication management services and psychotherapy services in a unified,

collaborative setting. Our goal is to provide state-of-the-art, holistic mental

health services which are designed to appeal to the discerning client.

Our clinic is founded on a few basic guiding principles:

* Respect for patient autonomy and patient choice

* A recognition of the important role played by psychotherapy and behavioral

change

* Collaboration between therapists and prescribers

We are looking for a team of extraordinary counselors who share our

treatment philosophy and would like to become part of this clinic.

We recognize that great providers will expect great compensation. Our goal is

to match, or exceed, the compensation plans offered by our competitors in the

Chicago area. Unlike many clinics, we will not impose overly restrictive "non-

compete covenants" on our providers.

Currently, we have openings for part-time Counselors. If our collaboration proves

fruitful and we both agree that this is a good "fit", we will offer the option of full-

time positions in the future.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
