About The Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Director to lead clinical operations and ensure the highest quality of care for children with autism and other developmental disorders. This leadership position oversees ABA service delivery, supervises staff, and upholds clinical and ethical standards across programs.
The ideal candidate is an engaging leader with a strong clinical background in ABA therapy, a passion for mentoring teams, and a commitment to driving measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and leadership for ABA therapy programs across assigned regions. Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs and ABA staff to ensure clinical excellence and growth. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans. Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide evidence-based treatment decisions. Ensure full compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and company policies. Lead quality assurance initiatives and support program growth and staff recruitment. Deliver ongoing professional development, coaching, and performance evaluations. Qualifications
Required: Active BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure in good standing. 2–3+ years of direct ABA experience with demonstrated clinical expertise. Proven leadership and supervisory experience overseeing RBTs or clinical teams. Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities. Deep commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and clinical standards.
