- Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols, including crisis intervention plans, relapse prevention strategies, and personalized wellness plans to support consistent functional stability.
- Actively contribute to enhanced client care by participating in case consultations, crucial agency meetings, and discharge planning sessions.
- Uphold the highest professional standards by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all documentation, including treatment plans, billing submissions, and insurance authorization forms.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent mental health field.
- Possession of a current, unrestricted Independent Clinical License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in good standing, as required by state regulatory bodies.
