Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Norristown, PA

Contract Length: 30 Weeks

Compensation: Up to $60/hr (Based on Experience)

We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of students through data-driven, individualized behavioral support.

Job Description:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraprofessionals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies

Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation to support student outcomes

Maintain ethical standards as outlined by the BACB and adhere to district and state policies

Offer consultative support and professional development to school staff and families

Education & Certification Requirements:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

Pennsylvania state licensure (if applicable or required)

Previous experience working in a school-based or educational setting preferred

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
