- Supervise a small caseload of clients, shaping their developmental journey.
- Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression.
- Maintain meticulous client notes and data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in therapy.
- Provide crucial supervision and training to our clinical staff and families, empowering them to support our mission.
- Evaluate and adapt behavior intervention plans, driving continuous improvement and success.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive culture among our dedicated team, clients, and families, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification, State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Clinical setting experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in systems such as Central Reach and Catalyst
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Established management skills
