About Job
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Your Expertise Can Reshape a School Year
Were seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive district team in an itinerant capacity, delivering behavior support services across multiple school sites.
Although the overall caseload spans EC through 12th grade, this role is highly manageable in scope: only about 25 students require moderate-to-intensive interventions. The remainder of the caseload is consultative, supporting teachers as needed and responding to staff requests for guidance.

What Youll Do:
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and evaluations
Consult with educators across grade levels to implement proactive strategies
Provide classroom observations and coaching as needed
Offer professional development and modeling for staff when applicable
Maintain documentation, data tracking, and progress monitoring
Support students receiving direct services and respond to escalated behavior concerns
What Were Looking For:
Active BCBA Certification in good standing
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Experience working across multiple grade levels preferred (but not required)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams
Organized, flexible, and committed to inclusive, student-centered care
