Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Passionate School Social Worker to join a CO-OP that provides Special Education Programs across 18 districts. The Social Worker will support elementary students, including those with Autism, and manage a caseload across multiple buildings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and social-emotional support to students

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs

• Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings

• Travel between school sites to provide services across assigned buildings

• Support students with Autism and other special needs in achieving academic and behavioral goals

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Educator Certificate required

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to travel between multiple school sites
