Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Social Worker position is available to provide leave coverage in a K-12 school setting in Philadelphia, PA. This contract role will begin November 3rd and is expected to last approximately 10 weeks, with a full schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive social work services to students, families, and school staff
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to support student well-being
• Collaborate with school personnel, community agencies, and families to address social, emotional, and behavioral issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records in compliance with school policies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to developing positive behavioral supports

Qualifications:

• Valid Social Work licensure or certification appropriate for school settings
• Experience working as a social worker within K-12 educational environments
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development and related social issues
