Client Transport/Case Worker - Residential Sites
Part Time
Hanover, PA


Schedule- Monday to Thursday, 20 hours each week. The actual shifts worked are very flexible, and there are no weekend or holiday hours required.

Job Duties:

  • Transporting residents to appointments.
  • Be sure that providers are given all important information regarding the visit, take notes, document and communicate to staff.
  • Provide assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.
  • Assist clients to reach their goal of independent living.
  • Assist with meal prep, laundry, and cleaning.
  • Transport clients to community outings and activities.
  • Strength's based and Recovery oriented approach.
  • Well versed, or be willing to learn about Trauma Informed Care and practice it in their work every day.
  • Being reliable, professional and having the ability to assist residents during Crisis situations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal check, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
  • Physically able to complete CPR/ First Aid
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
