What You'll Do
As a Client Service Coordinator, you'll be on the front lines, helping community members get the integrated behavioral healthcare they need. You'll be a vital part of a team that facilitates sustainable change for individuals and families.
- Welcome and check in clients for appointments.
- Answer calls on the main line and provide warm, helpful assistance.
- Handle client intake, scheduling, and collect information.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and safe.
- Use your bilingual skills to support our diverse client base.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage vehicle reservations for the agency.
- Complete daily cash journals for client co-pays.
- Provide backup administrative support for other sites.
- Use our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for all business functions, including admissions paperwork and client information.
- Process referrals and authorizations for programs.

Who We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in client support is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.
- Excellent communication skillsin person and over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Reliability and timeliness are key.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Cultural humility and experience with diverse populations are highly valued.
- Experience with an EHR system.
- Familiarity with referral sources in the Greater Hartford area.
