Your Role

• Provide evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Who We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC).
• Actively pursuing or holding Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credentials in Massachusetts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for serving diverse populations.
