BC Wellness, Inc. is a growing group therapy practice dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a compassionate and experienced licensed therapist to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Independently Licensed Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate is a skilled therapist who is committed to fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches. This is an Independent Contractor position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy to clients with a variety of mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs.
- Conduct intake assessments and create comprehensive case notes.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in regular team meetings, supervision and case consultations.
- Maintain a caseload of clients in accordance with practice policies.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Follow all ethical and legal standards in the provision of therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
- Active, unrestricted license in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience in therapy, including working with diverse populations.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy.
- Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specializations or interest in particular populations (children, couples, trauma, etc.) a plus.
- Willingness to work evenings and some weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
