With centers in Natick and Wrentham, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for passionate, creative, and dedicated BCBAs to grow with us.

What You'll Do
As a BCBA with us, you’ll be doing meaningful, rewarding work every day, including:
- Providing direct ABA services to clients
- Supervising and mentoring our incredible team of behavior therapists
- Collaborating with families to set goals and empower progress
- Creating engaging telehealth materials and individualized programming
- Supporting ongoing staff training and clinical development
You’ll work with clients in and around Wrentham, with schedules that fit your life—not the other way around.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Certification: Must be a BCBA and hold a current LABA in Massachusetts
- Supervision Ready: Must meet BACB standards to supervise others

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
