What You'll Do
As a BCBA with us, you’ll be doing meaningful, rewarding work every day, including:

• Providing direct ABA services to clients
• Supervising and mentoring our incredible team of behavior therapists
• Collaborating with families to set goals and empower progress
• Creating engaging telehealth materials and individualized programming
• Supporting ongoing staff training and clinical development

You’ll work with clients in and around Wrentham, with schedules that fit your life—not the other way around.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Certification: Must be a BCBA and hold a current LABA in Massachusetts
• Supervision Ready: Must meet BACB standards to supervise others

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
