Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

????$75,000–$85,000/year, plus generous benefits!
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit health organization providing comprehensive care to underserved New Yorkers. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our East Harlem team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical social work services, including assessments, counseling, and psychotherapy in an inpatient care setting.
- Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Coordinate referrals, entitlement support, and community services to address patient needs.
- Support HIV prevention efforts through adherence support, data collection, and follow-up.
- Document services in our EHR and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Assist in crisis situations involving child abuse, domestic violence, or elder abuse.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and care coordination meetings.
What Our Client is Looking For
- LCSW licensed in NYS with 3+ years post-MSW experience, including 1+ year in an outpatient/ambulatory setting.
- Experience with chemical dependency, MAT, and HIV services preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Culturally competent and comfortable working with diverse communities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and EHR systems.
