Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Williamsville, NY (Hybrid)

GC Counseling is seeking motivated and compassionate therapists to join our growing team. We’re a supportive private practice that allows you to focus on what matters most—client care—while we handle billing, referrals, advertising, and insurance credentialing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to clients
• Develop personalized treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Active New York State license (LCSW)
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Motivation to grow and maintain a consistent caseload
