About Job

About Us

We are a passionate, mission-driven team working shoulder-to-shoulder in a shared space, fueled by collaboration, creativity, and a genuine love for what we do. We help schools and families prevent youth substance use and support student well-being through education, outreach, and community engagement.

Our culture is built on:

  • Collaboration – we help each other, share ideas, and celebrate wins together.
  • Creativity – we think outside the box to engage students, parents, and schools.
  • Passion – we wear our mission on our sleeves and bring energy to every school we serve.
  • Excellence – we set high standards for service, outreach, and results.

You’ll be supported by a CEO who has built this organization from the ground up and continues to lead with presence, connection, and vision. Recognized in the field for her innovation and impact, she embodies a transformative leadership style that inspires growth, creativity, and excellence. With authenticity and a deep commitment to schools and communities, she remains directly engaged with both the mission and the team, shaping programs that change lives.

Day to day, you’ll be guided by Program Director, LMFT, a master clinician whose background in treatment and child development gives her a unique ability to design programming that addresses root causes of youth substance use and behavioral challenges. She combines deep clinical expertise with a supportive, collaborative leadership style, ensuring the prevention team is both innovative and effective. As your direct supervisor, she provides mentorship, guidance, and vision that help align individual strengths with the broader mission of serving students, families, and schools.

About the Role

As a Prevention Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our school-based prevention programs across Palm Beach and South Broward Counties. While your primary focus will be working with high school students, you’ll also bring your skills to K–8 when needed.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, commanding a room, and delivering impactful prevention programming. You’ll balance time on-site in schools with in-office responsibilities, from booking and outreach to scheduling and data collection. You’ll also drive program growth through outreach, cold calls, warm leads, and creative business development.

If you are goal-driven, community-focused, and eager to make a difference at both the macro and mezzo levels, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do ( complete job description available with resume)

  • Deliver engaging prevention workshops and presentations for students, parents, and school staff
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls, warm leads, and partnership development to expand school participation
  • Support schools with student disclosures, interventions, and referral connections
  • Collect and track program data to evaluate impact and outcomes
  • Balance on-site delivery with in-office scheduling, outreach, and reporting
  • Contribute to grant implementation and organizational goals
  • Collaborate with teammates in a creative, high-performing, and mission-driven environment
  • Be willing to drive to schools across Palm Beach and South Broward Counties ( 1 school per day on avg)

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong communicator who can command a room with students, parents, and staff
  • Goal-oriented and resilient and is able to overcome obstacles and build lasting school relationships
  • Comfortable with outreach, cold calls, and partnership building
  • Knowledge of risk and protective factors in youth substance use, social norms theory, social development theory and health belief theory
  • Passionate about prevention and serving students at every grade level
  • Organized and adaptable, able to juggle multiple responsibilities and environments
  • Excited to work as part of a creative, collaborative, high-energy team

  • 1-3 years’ experience in school or community behavioral health

Why Join Us?

  • Work alongside a supportive, high-performing team that shares your passion
  • Make a measurable impact in the lives of students, families, and schools
  • Be part of an organization that values creativity, collaboration, and growth
