As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), you will partner closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help bring structure, support, and insight to each client’s care. You’ll assist with assessments, provide in-the-moment supervision, review treatment data, and support adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Support the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide in-person supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Deliver monthly caregiver training to support treatment consistency at home
- Review and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete progress reports in accordance with funding source requirements

Qualifications:
- Current BCaBA certification
- Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and staff
- Knowledge of HIPPA regulations to safeguard patient information
