Are you ready to make a difference?

• The Temporary Disaster Response Community Liaison is responsible for connecting Case Workers and survivors with local community resources as related to Project COPE a program designed to assist areas that have been declared a major disaster by the President. Community support services for mental health and other trainings to help the affected communities. Project ends early 2026.
• Provide intensive resource linkage for survivors struggling to access disaster relief assistance.
• Minimum High School plus 2 years of related experience.
• Network with community resources to identify referral mechanisms.
• Establishes relations with local businesses, community, media, public interest and school groups.
• Coordinates events and activities related to disaster relief assistance.
• Travel 75% or more within Pinellas County required.
