Summary

We are seeking a Residential Aide to join our compassionate team at The Lutheran Home at Kane. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient support, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct support and care to residents in a residential setting.
• Maintains accurate documentation of resident activities and progress.
• Assists with daily activities such as medication administration, activities of daily living, transportation, resident activities, and housekeeping duties.
• Individuals will receive medication administration training/certification, CPR/First Aid training, diabetic training, as well as all other necessary on the job training and education.
• No CNA required. Individuals must have a high school diploma or GED, current driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
